An employee who deposits the amount of funds deducted in the fund continuously for at least five years may withdraw funds from the fund so that it does not exceed sixty percent of the total amount of funds deducted and deposited in his name by the beginning of the financial year. (2) Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, in accordance with subsection (1) Except that no employee can withdraw money from the fund as long as he remains in service. (3) According to sub-section (1), once an employee withdraws money, he cannot withdraw money again until two years have passed from the date of withdrawal.
