(1) The Directorate of Welfare Planning shall disburse funds to the spending bodies under the specified budget titles only according to the approved annual plan program and budget.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the funds necessary for the operation of the peacekeeping force shall be spent or disbursed by the committee after being consulted by the United Nations.
(3) Funds will be released from the fund for peacekeeping operations in accordance with the approved annual budget to be spent on operations related to the operation of the peacekeeping force, and the amount to be requested from the United Nations will be deposited in the fund.
(4) The amount of fifteen percent of the approved budget for the plan or program approved by the fund shall be released from the operating account to the relevant spending agency and after receipt of the expenditure estimate, the fund shall be replenished and disbursed.
(5) Funds for the peacekeeping force and funds provided for any capital works will be released only after the cost estimate is approved by the authorized authority and provided in the budget.
