Rule 228
Disbursement of Funds
The Ministry of Finance will directly provide the unconditional and conditional grant funds available from the Government of Nepal to District Development Committees and Municipalities by depositing them into the funds of the respective District Development Committees and Municipalities. But in the case of Village Development Committee, unless otherwise arranged, the Ministry of Finance will provide the subsidy amount provided by the Government of Nepal through the District Development Committee to the Fund of Village Development Committee.
