Provisions related to refund and account operation
: (1) If a member wants to withdraw the amount due to the membership of the cooperative society, if he has any liability, the remaining amount shall be returned to him as prescribed within three months from the date of payment of such liability.
(2) If a member demands the return of the savings deposited in the cooperative organization, if he has any liability, such liability shall be deducted and the remaining amount shall be returned to him as prescribed.
(3) Cooperative organizations can operate all types of savings accounts.
