5. Strategy

5.1. Short-term and long-term concepts of science and technology will be prepared and based on that, plans will be formulated, implemented and evaluated effectively. 5.2. Coordinating studies, research and development and training activities in various fields such as agriculture, forestry, water resources, education, health, industry, environment, information technology, engineering, biological technology, space technology, atomic science, astronomy etc. by making maximum use of existing resources and means. And it will be conducted effectively. 5.3. The capacity will be enhanced through institutional development in a creative way in terms of physical, human and academic aspects. 5.4. For the development of the science and technology sector, physical infrastructure and structures will be built and necessary arrangements will be made to make maximum use of them and increase the morale of scientists. 5.5. Every year, the government will make arrangements for making a program for research and development work from the related agencies in the field of science and technology and allocate funds based on that. 5.6 The government, non-government, international organizations, private sector and educational institutions will be involved in the development of the necessary technology to maximize the utilization of local resources and tools at the local level. 5.7 According to the need, necessary work will be done to make the country self-sufficient in the field of technology by developing suitable technology by adjusting and improving traditional, domestic and foreign technology. 5.8 In the field of science and technology, special efforts will be made to enhance the scientific and technical capacity of the country through bilateral and multilateral cooperation agreements.
