Section 104
Battlefield Punishment
(1) In case of committing an offense under sub-section (2) of section 63, apart from causing damage to life, imprisonment or hard labor will be given in the field.
(2) In the event that a Hudda, Amaldar or Pyuth has been given battlefield punishment, he shall be considered as a soldier.
