Commodity exchange market shall appoint a Rafsaf and Fasrout professional for the activities related to Rafsaf and Fasrout.
(2) When appointing Rafsaf and Fasraut traders, the barter market shall enter into an agreement with Rafsaf and Fasraut traders as prescribed and a copy of the agreement shall be submitted to the board within fifteen days of the barter market signing such agreement.
(3) The appointment of Rafsaf and Fasraut businessmen and other related provisions shall be as prescribed.
