(1) A Nepali citizen who contributes to the work of increasing the nation's dignity, reputation, fame and glory by doing exemplary work in any field of national or international life may be awarded the decoration of the Nation's Successor.
(2) The design and shape of the decoration as per sub-rule (1) shall be as per Appendix Two Schedule-1.
