: A national servant who does not obey the order of the court or a superior officer in connection with the investigation or trial of an organized crime shall be deemed to have committed an offense under sub-section (4) of section 3 and such a national servant shall be punished in accordance with clause (a) of section 9. But if there is no provision for punishment in the prevailing law, such national servant will be punished according to Clause (b) of Section 9.
