Section 44
National and provincial standards should be followed
(1) When building, operating or managing roads, physical infrastructure, integrated settlement development and urban planning, land use planning, consumer services, social services and infrastructure, rural municipalities and municipalities should follow the national and provincial standards set by the Government of Nepal and the provincial government. will fall.
(2) The rural municipality and municipality may create and implement additional standards not lower than the national and provincial standards as per sub-section (1).
