Section 43
Complying with National Building Code, to be done
(1) When passing the building map according to Section 27, the rural municipality and municipality shall comply with the National Building Code as determined by the Government of Nepal.
(2) The rural municipality and municipality may create and implement additional standards subject to the National Building Code as per sub-section (1).
