(1) A person who wants to get an ordinary passport, travel permit or temporary passport shall submit the fee as per schedule-4.

(2) Anything in sub-rule (1) Even if it is written, in case of special circumstances, if a new passport is taken due to torn, damaged or lost pages, a new passport shall be issued by taking double the fee for such passport as per this regulation.

Explanation: For the purpose of this rule, "special circumstances" shall mean situations of natural disaster like fire, earthquake, flood.
