Section 4
Supervision, control and direction
:
(1) The Government of Nepal shall have the authority to supervise, control and give instructions to the armed police (2) According to sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal may delegate the authority of the Government of Nepal to any subordinate officer as required.
(3) It shall be the duty of the Armed Police to comply with the orders and instructions given by the Government of Nepal and the authorized officers under sub-section (2).
