(1) In the event of an accident in the course of train operations, in case of death, injury, damage to any property or damage to the train, the railway employee shall report to the nearest station head and railway safety office from the place of such accident and the station head and railway safety office to the railway administrator and the concerned district administration. Immediately report to the office or to the nearest police station. (2) After receiving the information according to sub-section (1), the Railway Administrator and the District Administration Office shall immediately inform the Ministry about the accident.
