(1) The Government of Nepal shall publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and establish an employment service center at each local level to function under the local level.
(2) The Ministry will be responsible for directing, coordinating and facilitating the work of the Employment Service Center at the federal level.
(3) Other arrangements related to the operation of the employment service center as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
