: (1) The local level and provincial governments should make necessary arrangements to implement special social health security programs for women, children, teenagers, Dalits, martyrs' families and other target groups designated by the Government of Nepal. .
(2) According to sub-section (1), the health services, facilities and other arrangements related to the process provided for the target groups shall be as prescribed.
