7. Programs with targets and reports with progress should be submitted: (1) The government agency should send the details of the annual program with the target of that financial year to the taluk body within fifteen days of the beginning of the financial year.

( 2) When the secretary sends a monthly report according to clause (g) of sub-section (2) of section 11 of the Act, related to the projects and subordinate bodies in which he is in charge, the Prime Minister and It has to be sent to the office of the Council of Ministers. (3) The departmental head of the department and social affairs related work and the work done by the subordinate body every month according to clause (f) of sub-section (2) of section 12 of the Act. The monthly report shall be sent by the eleventh day of the following month immediately after the month of performance. The monthly report of the work performed along with the achievement of the mentioned goals must be sent to the relevant ministries and departments within the seventh day of the month immediately following the month of performance. Must be submitted within fifteen days.
(6) The format of the monthly report to be submitted according to this rule shall be as per Schedule-1.
