Section 107
Preparation of schedule
: For the purpose of section 106, the management committee shall prepare the following schedule:-
(a) the names of members, savers, debtors or persons or organizations to whom the institution or association owes payment,
(b) Immovable property including apartments owned or invested in the name of a troubled organization or association,
(c) Cash, gold, silver and share investments held in bank and financial institution accounts in the name of members, employees or their family members or related persons of troubled organizations or associations,
(d) land and buildings mortgaged by the troubled institution or association for obtaining loans,
(e) movable and immovable property of the troubled organization or association at any location in the country or abroad.
