Rule 3

The District Land Reforms Officer may deploy different land reform teams in the work of collecting land from landowners who earn their own land and those who earn land from others.
(2) Land reform team will prepare the report of land owners who earn their own land and Mohis who earn land of others in the format as per schedule-1 in each ward.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), when the land reform team collects land, along with it, the details related to citizenship should be taken in the format as per Schedule-1 (a) in relation to each Mohi who earns the land of others. If it is found that he is a non-Nepali citizen from the information obtained in relation to any Mohi, the land reform team should report the matter to him in the form of Schedule-1.
