(1) In the event that no one complains within the time limit of the published map according to Rule 6, the published map itself, and in the event that any changes are made to the map in accordance with the decision of the District Land Reforms Officer upon complaint within the deadline, the revised map will be placed in the charge of the local village development committee or municipality. > (2) In case of any change in the land, land owner and owner according to the above schedule, within 35 days of the change, the respective land owner and owner must give a written notice of the matter to the local village development committee or municipality and after receiving such information, the local village development committee or municipality shall deal with the said information. (3) A person who is not satisfied with the notice published in accordance with sub-rule (2) may file a complaint with the local village development committee or municipality within 7 days of the notice being published. (4) If anyone complains about the notice published according to sub-rule (2) within the deadline, the local village development committee or the municipality, if deemed necessary, will investigate and publish its decision again according to sub-rule (2) and send a written notice of the same to the concerned district land reform officer, the concerned land owner and the Mohi. (5) According to sub-rule (4), a person who is not satisfied with the decision made by the local village development committee or municipality may appeal to the district land reform officer within 35 days from the date of receiving the notice of the said decision. After the decision of the District Land Reforms Officer on such an appeal, the notification thereof should be given to the local village development committee or municipality as soon as possible. (6) According to clause (b) of sub-section (4) of section 25 of the Act, the registration book of Mohi shall be in the format specified in Schedule 16. The District Land Reforms Officer shall register the decision of the complaint as per Rule 7 as well as any subsequent changes in the registration book according to the published data as per Rule 6.
