(1) The foreign investor must invest the amount received for foreign investment in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 15 within the specified period.
(2) Even foreign investors who have received approval for foreign investment in accordance with the prevailing law at the time of commencement of this Act shall make such investment within the prescribed minimum amount as per sub-section (1).
(3) An investment approval granted to an industry that does not invest within the period specified in sub-section (1) or (2) or section 43 without due cause shall be canceled by the authority granting such approval.
