<br> to be informed about the investment
Non-resident Nepali who invest in Nepal shall inform the Ministry about their investment in the format as per schedule-7.
(2) The Ministry shall record the information received in accordance with sub-rule (1) of rule 4 in the record set up in accordance with sub-rule (1) and give the information of such investment to the Industry Department.
