(1) Any investment that has been permitted under sub-section (2) of section 18 of the Act shall not be allowed for another investment of the same nature within the area or distance determined by the board from time to time according to the nature of the investment of the project site conducted in accordance with such investment for the period mentioned in the agreement.
(2) National treatment shall be provided to foreign investments permitted in accordance with the Act, unless otherwise provided in the prevailing law.
