Rule 15
Cost estimate to be updated
(1) If the procurement is not done according to the cost estimate approved as per Rule 14, the public body shall update such cost estimate every financial year by following the procedure of this regulation. . . (2) In accordance with this rule, the public body shall not be entitled to call for sealed bids and bids or to request proposals for consulting services without reviewing the cost estimates.
