Rule 47
Approving Cost Estimate
According to rule 63, the cost estimate prepared for the procurement work should be approved by the following authority:-
(a) up to twenty five lakh rupees from the head of the subject branch,
(b) from the Secretary up to fifty lakhs of rupees,
(c) from the Chairman up to one crore rupees,
(d) Above one crore rupees from the District Development Committee.
