Rule 11
Accepting Cost Estimates
(1) According to rule 63, the cost estimate prepared for the procurement work should be approved by the following authorities:-
(a) up to one hundred and fifty thousand rupees from the Chairman,
(b) More than one hundred and fifty thousand rupees from the village development committee (2) Details of the cost estimate approved in accordance with clause (a) of sub-rule (1) shall be submitted to the meeting of the Village Development Committee held immediately after approval.
