Appointment of liquidator
: (1) According to sub-section (2) of section 89 of the Act, "In the case of an organization with assets up to fifty lakh rupees, the registrar may appoint an authorized employee under him as a liquidator.
(2) The registrar may give necessary instructions to the liquidator appointed in accordance with sub-rule (1) in the work related to liquidation.
