When the document is passed, a fee will be charged according to the law.
(2) In the case of a document with an amount to be charged except as prescribed by law, a fee shall be charged based on the amount mentioned in the document. However, if the value of the immovable property written in such a document is less than the minimum value specified by the Government of Nepal, a fee will be charged according to the value specified by the Government of Nepal.
(3) Regardless of what is written in sub-section (1) or (2), when the document is passed from other districts, an additional fee of ten percent of the fee written in those sub-sections will be charged.
