Rule 58
Writing Preparation Ramilapatra
(1) During the discussion for conciliation, if the parties to the case reconcile and agree to make a settlement, the conciliator shall prepare or cause to be submitted to the court the application for the settlement and the settlement paper of the same case as soon as possible. According to the petition, the court will have to make a settlement in accordance with the law.
(2) If requested by the parties for the purpose of preparing an application for settlement, the court may issue a written application for settlement from a legal practitioner.
