The Government of Nepal may lease or rent any house or land, sell or lease or rent any machine, tool or infrastructure, owned or controlled by it or an organization owned by the Government of Nepal. .
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), the terms and conditions of the lease or rental shall be as written in the contract.
