Rule 31
Can postpone the auction sale
: After the publication of the auction sale notice according to rule 30, if the karni member comes to repay the loan or if it is agreed between the karni member and the organization to pay off the loan within a certain period after collecting the amount specified by the committee, the auction sale notice is published. The cooperative society or registrar may postpone such auction sale for some time.
