: (1) After the completion of the auction sale, ten percent of the price of the auctioneer shall be taken from the auctioneer as a deposit on the same day and the remaining ninety percent shall be paid within seven days from the date of the auction and if not paid within that period. The money deposited as a bond should be kept in a document of the transaction to be confiscated.
(2) If the auctioneer does not pay ten percent of the bid price on the same day, the auction shall be confirmed in the name of the person who bids the most.
(3) If the auctioneer pays the full price of the auctioneer in accordance with this rule, the cooperative organization shall send in writing to the relevant office in order to cancel the registration or filing of the property in his name in accordance with the prevailing law.
