Rule 210
Responsibilities of Accountable Officers
According to this regulation, the secretary of the local authority shall be responsible for keeping accounts, filing accounts and conducting audits or not, and responding to the auditor's report. Or the responsibility of making it will be the responsibility of the secretary of the relevant ministry.
