Actions will be taken against those who do not keep or submit accounts
According to this regulation, concerned authorized officers and heads of financial administration branches who do not keep accounts or submit reports shall be fined up to five percent of the unaccounted amount and seven days' salary for non-reporting by the relevant local bodies. can do
