(1) After receiving the audit report according to section 41, the Commission may conduct an investigation as prescribed in that regard.
(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), the Commission or the officer designated by the Commission may demand any statement or document from the relevant party and it shall be the duty of the relevant party to submit such statement or document within the prescribed period.
