(1) The account of income and expenditure of the committee shall be kept in accordance with the prevailing law.
(2) The audit of the committee will be done by the Auditor General's department or the auditor appointed by that department.
(3) The Government of Nepal may at any time examine or check the income and expenditure accounts of the committee, the related documents and other cash items.
