(1) The accounts of the Council shall be kept according to the method adopted by the Government of Nepal.
(2) The audit of the Council shall be conducted by the Department of the Auditor General.
(3) The accounting and auditing of the social association organizations affiliated with the Council shall be as prescribed.
(4) The Government of Nepal, if it wishes, may examine or cause to be examined at any time the documents related to the council's accounts and cash registers.
(5) If the Council wishes, it may examine or cause to be examined at any time the documents and cash documents of the social association organizations affiliated to the Council.
