: To be a coordinator and a member of the Accounts Supervision Committee under subsection (1) of Section 48 of the Act, the following qualifications should be met:-
(a) This section shall not apply to the coordinators and members of the audit committee who have completed at least three years of membership of the relevant cooperative organization, but are elected by the initial general meeting.
(b) there is no outstanding debt or arrears owed to the institution, (c) The organization has received training related to accounting or auditing organized by itself or on behalf of other agencies.
