Section 76
Appointment of auditors
: (1) The General Assembly shall appoint one auditor from among the auditors who are licensed according to the prevailing law to perform the work related to the audit of the cooperative organization.
(2) The remuneration and benefits of the auditor appointed in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as determined by the general meeting.
(3) When appointing an auditor in accordance with sub-section (1), the same person, firm or company cannot be appointed for more than three consecutive financial years.
