The government of Nepal may remove the notary public appointed according to rule 5 in the following cases on the recommendation of the office and the notification of such removal shall be published in the Nepal Gazette:-

(a) The notary public has removed the notary public If you apply to get it,
(b) If the notary does not renew the notary's certificate,
(c) if the notary's legal practitioner's certificate is suspended or revoked, or
(d) If the notary does any work in violation of the Act and these regulations.
