(1) A person who wants to be appointed as a notary, mentioning the district or zone in which he wants to work as a notary, attach certified copies of the following documents and the application fee and 10.- Application to the office Should be given:-
(a) Certificate of Academic Qualification,
(b) Legal Practitioner's Certificate,
(c) Certificate of Nepalese citizenship, and
(d) The recommendation of the chief district officer, district judge and head of the office of a bank of the concerned district.
