(1) The consumer group shall collect and sell and distribute only the forest produce obtained according to the action plan.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), after extracting wood, firewood and other forest produce, the user group shall plant trees in the said forest area as soon as possible and make arrangements for regeneration.
(3) The consumer group should inform the concerned district forest office about the sales rate of forest products.
(4) If the consumer group is able to operate an industry based on forest produce according to the action plan, it may operate such an industry outside the community forest area after taking the approval of the relevant body on the recommendation of the District Forest Officer.
