Rule 23
Wildlife and bird catching fee
According to rule 22, the fee for catching wild animal and bird or insect (germs) shall be as mentioned in Schedule (2) and such fee may be paid as follows (
(a) The chief may charge the petitioner by paying the entire amount or fifty percent of it at the beginning and fifty percent after catching the relevant wild animals or birds.
(b) If any wild animals or birds die while catching or after catching, the number of licenses obtained by the licensed person will be counted and the fee charged on their behalf will also have to be paid.
(c) If the chief feels that the person holding a license to catch any wild animal or bird has failed to catch any wild animal or that no wild animal or bird has died or been injured in the course of catching it, he shall refund up to seventy-five percent of the fee to be paid by the licensee.
