: (1) A person or organization who wants to study, research or professionally breed and keep wild animals for the purpose of helping in the protection, promotion and sustainable use of wild animals shall obtain permission as prescribed.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the seed animal (seed animal) required for the breeding and rearing of wild animals can be made available as prescribed.
(3) According to sub-section (1) after obtaining a permit, wild animals or wild animals produced commercially, or products prepared from wild animals, can be used, sold, distributed or exported as prescribed.
(4) Irrespective of anything written in sub-section (3), the specified wild animals shall not be transported from one place to another within Nepal or exported to any country or imported from any country under the specified conditions.
