Section 46
Compulsory Balance of Commercial Banks and Financial Institutions
(1) The bank shall instruct the commercial banks and financial institutions to deposit the mandatory balance in the bank in proportion to the deposits, mutual funds or other liabilities determined by the bank. It shall be the duty of commercial banks and financial institutions to deposit the mandatory balance specified by the bank in the bank.
