Rule 30
Work that cannot be done in the field of environmental protection

(1) No one shall cause any of the following to be done within the environment protection zone.
(a) to spoil, destroy, scatter, remove, cut or in any other way cause damage to the natural heritage or aesthetic condition,
(b) to buy, sell, trade, hunt any wild animal and cause damage to such wild animal,
(c) to do any work which may adversely affect biological diversity,
(d) To cut, remove, cut, uproot any vegetation and to do any kind of work that causes damage to vegetation,
(e) to damage, alter, destroy, remove, demolish places of historical and cultural importance or to paste any poster or other similar documents or pictures on such places or to do any other harmful work,
(f) to use electric current (current) in any river, stream, waterfall, waterfall, pool, pond, lake or water source and to use harmful chemicals of any kind, botanical or otherwise,
(g) to alter the genetic make-up of any domesticated animal,
(h) to mine or remove any mineral, stone, soil, concrete or other substance,
(i) to operate hotel, lodge, public transport, health post, school, cottage or other similar services,
(j) To enter the environment protection area without the approval of the authority authorized by the Ministry,
(k) To cause damage to fences, signs, signs or any other things installed in the environment protection area.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), nothing written in that sub-rule shall be deemed to be an impediment to carrying out any work approved by the Ministry for the management and development of the environment protection area.
