:
(1) If the aircraft maintenance and maintenance organization established according to the license issued by the member country of the International Civil Aviation Organization or the person or organization authorized by such country to operate the industry business related to the aircraft maintenance and maintenance organization, such organization shall mention in the annex and manual The application should be submitted to the Director General with the necessary details disclosed in the format mentioned in Schedule-1.
(2) If an application is made in accordance with sub-rule (1), the Director General may, after conducting the necessary investigation, grant recognition to such an organization in the format mentioned in the Annex and Manual to carry out maintenance and overhaul of Nepalese aircraft under certain conditions.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), other procedures related to recognition shall be as mentioned in the annex and manual.
