: If there is reason to believe that someone has committed or is about to commit an offense punishable under this Act, the Drug Control Officer may issue a warrant for the arrest and search of such person. If the drug control officer believes that a person related to such crime is hiding in a house, land, vehicle or any other place or that any narcotic drug is kept, he can issue an order to search such house, land, vehicle or place.
