Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this paragraph, if a person has been appointed an heir or a legal practitioner in accordance with the law, if a person has not been notified of the deadline to be served, such deadline may be served to that heir or legal practitioner.
(2) Clause (c) or (d) of sub-section (1) of section 106 and in accordance with this section, the heir or legal practitioner shall be compensated in the format as per schedule-8.
(3) In accordance with sub-section (1), if the deadline is submitted or served to the party's heir or legal practitioner or to the relevant authorized heir in the case where the authorized heir has been appointed, it shall be considered that the deadline has been duly submitted or served in accordance with this paragraph.
