Section 55
Annual report to be submitted
(1) The fund shall submit the annual report with the details of the expenditure on social security and the beneficiary groups to the Ministry within three months from the date of the end of the financial year.
(2) The details to be contained in the annual report under sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
(3) The annual report submitted according to sub-section (1) shall be made public by the Ministry.
